| Detailed Description | Business Communications Manager 2.5 Feature Pack 1 offers a suite of upgrade enhancements to existing Business Communications Manager customers. It also offers wireless Voice over IP (VoIP) capabilities as an add-on application to the industry's most sophisticated and reliable converged voice-and-data solutions for branch offices and small-to-medium businesses. The Business Communications Manager platform, which already provides a variety of desktop communications options such as unified messaging management and multimedia call center applications, will now also deliver workplace mobility through Feature Pack 1, giving customers a competitive advantage.
